15 Things I Did This Summer

Hello everyone,
I'm a horrible blogger, and I'm sorry. I can't help it! I still love to write a little posts from time to time, so here's one!

I did a post which is named '15 Things I'm Going To Do This Summer' before my summer vacation, and here is how much I actually managed to do.

1. Learn 'Let Her Go' on the guitar
I tried, but I can't! And I still need to start playing the guitar more. So this one is a bit of a fail.

2. Be a healthy and active person (with a flat stomach haha)
But... there's food... and I like food...
I did start running though :D

3. Get a job online
Oops..

4. Change my room in a way that I will finally love it and not just like it
It's getting there!

5. Paint at least two paintings I can be proud of
Turns out, I can't paint!

6. Write lots of blogposts and try getting my blog 'going' again
This is soooo bad, I really need to do something about this!

7. Start selling things I don't need anymore online
I'll get right on that... tomorrow

8. Get rid of all the clothes I don't wear and give them to charity
YAASSS! That's one done!

9. Give toys and other stuff to charity
And another one!

10. Reach 500 subscribers and make videos I'm happy with
I got 506 :)

11. Have a Harry Potter movie night and make butterbeer
I just didn't spent a lot of time watching tv, so maybe another time!

12. Skateboard and longboard a lot more
I'm really into longboarding :)

13. Learn to cook

Sort of, I'm not very good! But I can do something!

14. Do lots of DIY's and baking
I did some, but not lots to be honest.

15. Read at least 3 books I have never read before

I think I read about 7, nailed it.

I can't say I did a lot of these things, but I did have an amazing vacation! I did a lot of fun things, and visited some really nice parts of the Netherlands.

Primark, H&M Haul

Hello there,
I'm back with haul! You guys seem to like them, and I like shopping, so perfect!

H&M
I'm definitely in love with these shoes! Obviously they look really nice, but they also make you taller and are really easy to style! Love them! And they were €19,99.

I needed these for something.. I'll tell you later in this post ;) But anyways I love these, they're only €9,95 which is such a bargain! And they are just the right length and material I like!

These are perfect for 'inbetween weather' where you just do not know what to wear! And I love the little pocket. €9,99

This crop top is so cool! The colours are really bright and fun! €4,99

This is just something I 'needed'. It's really nice for sports, and also for layering! €7,95

Primark
I'm a real Potterhead, so this shirt is absolutely amazing! And the colour is really nice too, I love this! €7

I love this top, it's great for summer! I love the fonts, and the flowers! €6

I'm doing the Color Run! And we picked up the package, so exciting!

Music Festival 2014

Hello everyone,
I went on my first little adventure, but it was actual quite a big one haha. If you've read one of my older posts you know what I'm talking about!

I went to a festival for the very first time, and it was amazing. It was the North Sea Jazz Festival in Rotterdam (the Netherlands). The festival is 3 days long and we went everyday!

The festival started friday, we first decided to taste some food. The food was great, and I was very excited about it... maybe a little too excited. They're different stands with different sorts of food like soulfood, asian, hamburgers, pizza, spanish tapas and a lot more. I loved trying something new and different everyday!

The people are great as well, and the athmosphere is very relaxed and just really nice. It's very different from going to a concert, a lot less hysterical. I loved sitting outside, eating something and listening to the band which was performing on the square.

Now the most important thing, the music! And luckily, it was amazing! We saw lots and lots of artists and we were even able to stand in front at three concerts. I loved it so much, it's just a lot of fun, and a bit hard to explain why. People who have been to concerts and festivals hopefully know what I mean!

Here are all the artists I've seen:
Stevie Wonder
Pharrell
Paloma Faith
Outkast
Kelis
Nile Rodgers and Chic
Joss Stone

Alain Clark
Giovanca

Bo Saris
And here are some really special ones:
Pharrell and Stevie Wonder
Stevie Wonder and Joss Stone

I really loved going to North Sea Jazz, and I had such an amazing time. I hope I was able to capture that a little! And some extra North Sea Jazz things and a day in Rotterdam will be on my blog soon!

Planning Little Adventures

Hi everyone,
I'm free! No teachers, homework or even school in general! For 6 weeks, I can have a life.
So I'm planning little adventures with my mum and my sister. And of course, I'm taking all of you with me.

I've become sort of a foodie these couple months. So you will definitely get to see lots of photographs of food I enjoyed. And maybe even restaurants I liked.

I'm also going to a music festival, North Sea Jazz to be precise. And I'm so excited to explore, eat some great food and of course listen to some amazing music! I'm going to try and capture the fun I'm going to have in the best way possible.

One other thing I will give away is; I'm doing the Color Run! I'll try and bring you guys with me on this little adventure, but I'm not sure if I can. Considering I don't want to completely destroy my camera.

And of course we're going to plan lots of other stuff, which I'll try and show you as often as possible. But I do still want to enjoy everything and not see everything I do just through a lens.

My Trip To Lille 2014

Hello there,
I went to Lille a few weeks ago and maybe some photographs, I don't have super exciting stories. But I'll try putting something together for you!

Day 1.
We all arrived at school very early, it's about 5 hour drive with the bus so leaving in time was important.
When we finally arrived in Lille it was amazing. Everyone talks French, Lille is stunning and just the whole 'vibe' you get when your in a different country was something very nice.

First thing with did was have lunch in this very beautiful park, it was really nice to just relax and enjoy our meal after that bus drive. The weather was really, and there were some cute French couples and two people doing Tai Chi, which just made everything a bit more interesting haha.

The next thing with did was explore Lille. One big down side to this amazing city is a lot of hobos and random drunk people. I had one man shouting weird things in French at me while I was enjoying a sandwich, and out of nowhere had a drunk man on me when I was sitting on a bench, not the most fun memory..

But Lille is beautiful, because we where here with school, we had to do some assignments. I did this with my sister and another friend, it's was very stressful. Although it didn't need be, we all just had a bad day.

Asking French people questions was actually quite fun, because some people were really helpful and patient. And it always makes me really happy to 'meet' nice people.

Day 2.
We didn't actually stay in a hotel or something like that. We stayed in a home with a Frecnh family, didn't like them at all though.

The next day we went to the LOSC soccer stadium. We did a tour and say literally everything. It was very cool, especially to see the dressing rooms. But what I liked the most wass going on the field the way the players always do!

Next we went to a French school, we had lunch there which was really nice and delicious. And it was also a great experience to meet French students. It made me want to travel and meet other people even more than before. After lunch we did some assignments at the school together with the students which was a bit boring.

Now something which a lot of people liked the most, shopping in Eurallile. But me and my sister actually thought it wasn't that interesting. Because shopping in France is just the same as shopping in the Netherlands.
But then me and my sister went for some shopping in the supermarket, which was amazing! I don't really know how to explain why it was so much fun, but it just felt like being on a holiday again.

And at the end of the day we had to go back to the French family.

Day 3.
It was our last day in France, and I also thought it was the most fun! First we went to a museum, where we had to do some boring assingments. But some stuff there were actually quite interesting.

After that we went to a adventure park, which was the most fun thing of the whole trip. It was raining a lot but it was just very very fun!

And that was the end of our trip, I'm really excited to go travel now! I hadn't done it in a while and now I want to do it even more. I just love it, it's a great feeling. And everyone who is lucky enough to travel somewhere, even if it's only once, should be very thankful and try to make the most out of it.
